А тепер я хочу поділитись з вами покроковим посібником по створенню свого міксмедійного панно!

Готуємо основу для панно:

1. Для початку я беру основу для свого майбутнього холста і це заготовка з МДФ розміром 18*23 см. Далі я вирізаю такого ж розміру скрап папір і скруглюю його кути за допомогою скруглювача кутів.
2. Після цього всі сторони своєї основи я роблю зістареними за допомогою ножниць і тонування країв за допомогою інструменти для тонування і штемпельної подушки.
3. Далі я приклеюю свою основу на заготовку з МДФ і після цього я покриваю її прозорим гессо для подальшої роботи з нею.
4. Наступним кроком я додаю текстури своїй роботі за допомогою трафарета і текстурної пасти. Поки паста не висохла я додаю пудри для ембосингу у кольорах Мідь з серії Ultra High і Fern Forest з набору Тріо.
5. Після цього я просушую все гарненько феном і запікаю пудри на пасті. Далі на цьому етапі я роблю штампінг на всій основі за допомогою текстового штампу і архівних чорнил.
6. Далі я починаю використовувати фарби схожих відтінків до пудр у моєму випадку це кольори Steampank Copper і Fairy Wings від Finnabair і скошеним пензликом від Lindy’s починаю розводити фарби по текстурній пасті і надаю їй свого роду тінь довкола. Після цього я все гарненько просушую і готуюсь до наступного етапу в роботі.

Підготовлюємо деталі для роботи:

1. Перш за все я беру деталі з молду Baroque frames від Finnabair і фарбую їх все тими ж фарбами що і основу, та роблю це в хаотичному порядку.
2. Наступним кроком для мене є вирубка з білого кардстоку від WOW і її я ембошу тими ж пудрами, що і на основі ( Fired Copper і Fern Forest). Використовую ті ж пудри, щоб потім композиція не виглядала як не з тої серії, а щоб вкінці все з’єдналось в одну цілісну і гармонійну картину.
3. Також на цьому етапі я готую висічки до колекції і підготовлюю собі квіти з тканини (роблю їх власноруч) в тих же відтінках.

Заключний етап збір композиції і додавання топінгів:

1. На основу я приклеюю фігурки з молдів на heavy body gel, далі на них я кріплю мереживо збираючи його в слої.
2. Після цього я починаю приклеювати висічки з колекції, так щоб фігурки і мереживо було видно. Поступово звужуючи композицію досередини.
3. Наступним етапом я додаю вирубку з ембосингом, так щоб чередувати її між собою і між слоями.
4. Далі в мене йде знов чередування висічки-мереживо-вирубка-фігурки. А в кінці додаю квіти з тканини і чіпборд з написом.
5. Останні мої кроки – це додавання топінгів. В моєму випадку я використовувала камінці, бісер потрібного кольору і посипала все новими глітерами від WOW в кольорах Prism Gold і Copper. Весь топінг я кріплю на 3д глоссі гель.
6. І вже самим заключним моїм кроком є додавання бризг у тих же кольорах фарб, що були в роботі і ще добавила білого кольору. Таким чином з’єднуємо всю композицію в єдине ціле!

Ну ось і все друзі, сподіваюсь мені вдалося надихнути вас сьогодні і розповісти детально що і як я використовувала у цій роботі. Всім величезного творчого натхнення і нових неймовірних проектів з використанням нових продуктів від WOW Embossing Powder!!!

Now I want to share with you a step-by-step guide to creating your own mixed media panel!

Preparing the base for the panel:

1. To begin, I take the base for my future canvas — it’s an 18×23 cm MDF blank. Then I cut scrapbook paper to the same size and round the corners using a corner rounder.
2. Next, I distress all the edges of the base using scissors and ink the edges with a blending tool and an ink pad.
3. After that, I glue the paper onto the MDF blank and cover it with clear gesso to prepare the surface for further work.
4. The next step is adding texture using a stencil and texture paste. While the paste is still wet, I sprinkle embossing powders in the colors Copper (from the Ultra High series) and Fern Forest (from the Trio set).
5. Then I thoroughly dry everything with a heat gun and melt the powders on the paste. At this stage, I do some background stamping using a text stamp and archival ink.
6. After that, I move on to paints in shades similar to the embossing powders — in my case, Steampunk Copper and Fairy Wings by Finnabair. Using an angled brush from Lindy’s, I begin blending the paints over the texture paste, creating a kind of shadow effect around it. Then I dry everything thoroughly and get ready for the next step in the process.

Preparing the elements for the project:

1. First of all, I take some mould pieces made with the Baroque Frames mould by Finnabair and paint them using the same paints as I used for the base, applying them in a random, chaotic manner.
2. Next, I take some die-cuts made from white WOW cardstock and emboss them using the same powders I used on the background (Fired Copper and Fern Forest). I use the same powders to ensure that the entire composition looks cohesive and harmonious, rather than mismatched.
3. At this stage, I also prepare die-cuts from the collection and hand-make some fabric flowers in the same shades to match the project.

Final stage – assembling the composition and adding toppings:

1. I begin by adhering the moulded pieces to the base using heavy body gel. On top of them, I layer some lace, arranging it in folds to create volume.
2. Then I start gluing the die-cuts from the collection, placing them in a way that allows the moulded pieces and lace to remain visible. I gradually narrow the composition towards the center.
3. Next, I add the embossed die-cuts, layering them in between other elements to create depth and variation.
4. I continue layering: die-cuts, lace, embossed pieces, moulds — and finally, I add the fabric flowers and a chipboard sentiment.
5. My final steps include adding toppings. I used decorative stones, beads in matching colors, and WOW’s new glitters in Prism Gold and Copper. I adhered all the toppings using 3D Gloss Gel.
6. And the very last touch is adding splatters in the same paint colors I used earlier in the project, plus some white splashes — this helps tie the entire composition together into one unified piece!
