Adding a Touch of Sparkles

Hey Crafty People! It’s Tasha here, with a super simple tip for adding a touch of Sparkles to your projects!

1. Ink up your BetterPress plate with Betterpress Black ink and tape an a2 panel of Wildberry cardstock onto the Platten before running through your Platinum 6 machine.
2. Add colour to your Butterflies using pencil crayon. (Don’t forget to add some light shadows to help your images pop off the card!)
3. Once coloured, add touches of Quickoe Precise Glue Pen to the areas you want to highlight with Sparkles. (The amount you add is totally up to you, but I would go for less to begin with, then you can always add more!)
4. Holding the panel over some scrap paper to catch the excess, pour Crystal Essential Sparkles over and tip it off onto the paper. Funnel this excess back into the pot!
5. TIP! Add the glue to 2-3 images first, to make sure that the Sparkles stick well. Repeating these steps until you have Sparkles everywhere you want them!
6. Trim 1/8th inch off each side and mat onto an a2 panel of Oreo Crunch cardstock.
7. Foil one of the plates from Yana’s Glimmer Sentiments using Matte Gold foil and die cut. (For dimension add another 2x die cuts behind this.)
8. Adhere to the panel.
