Hi Lovely People!
How are you today? I absolutely adore creating textured art pieces. I use them for everything- either framed in my home or as a gift, transform them in to greetings cards, use them as backgrounds for Scrapbook layouts. The uses are endless and they’re so therapeutic to make.
Here are a few photos of this piece I made:-
For this, I was inspired to create a Festive Tropical piece inspired by an outfit I will wear for a “Tropical Shirt Christmas Party”. I needed to incorporate Oranges, Blues, Reds, Green and Gold. Of course, while working on this piece, I went through all the possibilities I could use this for – cutting it up to create a collage abstract piece, some tropical Christmas cards, adding pieces to my layout, or of course circling back to using it as the base/background for my Christmas Party layout in my December Daily album. Nolana Lynch delved in to scrapbooking after falling head over heels in love with December Daily!
