Hi ! It’s Laura here today with a fun video tutorial showing you how you can use WOW Earth Sparkles Biodegradable Glitter with stencils to make a stunning quick and easy card – so stunning it almost looks foiled!
- Cut a card panel down to 3.75 x 5 inches and then adhere it down on a grip mat or similar.
- Place the stencil over the top and ensure it is fixed in place.
- Add tacky when dry gel medium using a pallet knife. Remove the stencil carefully and then wash everything while the panel dries.
- When the tacky when dry gel medium is dry it goes clear and sticky so you can then add your glitter!
- I used Earth Sparkles in Lobster, Shrimp and Hammerhead. I added Hammerhead first to the smaller bottom left hand corner, tipped off the excess away from the other tacky areas (we don’t want to mix glitters for this project) and then burnish with your finger.
- Repeat with Shrimp and then Lobster and alternate until all the tacky areas on the panel are completely covered.
- Mount with foam tape and attach to an A2 card blank.
- Add a sentiment, butterfly and some gems to finish.
