NEW Cotton Candy Sparkles

Hi all, I am super excited to bring to you a card creation with the newest Sparkles Cotton Candy inspired by Catherine Pooler. I have used double sided adhesive sheets to adhere down the sparkles on the sheet. To reinforce the sparkles on on the adhesive sheets I like to use the backing sheet and burnish over the adhesive sheet with a bone folder. This is a great way to create your own glitter cardstock.

I then die cut the Daffodil frame die from Spellbinders inspired by Simon Hurley Photosynthesis collection. I added some ink blending with Distress inks as listed below. I adhered down all the pieces over the DIY Sparkle cardstock and trimmed around the frame edge.

For the card base, I added some light ink blending over a stencil before adhering down the frame. To finish the card, I added a gold foil sentiment.
