Hello! Welcome to Creative Colouring with Theary! I am so excited to share today’s card with you. My mother, a fantastic seamstress, greatly inspired this card. And I hope that it inspires you as well.

The sewing machine was die-cut out of black glossy paper. I stamped the details using clear embossing ink and poured Polished Gold Super Fine embossing powder over the wet ink. I used my Dual Heat Tool to heat set the area until it was nice and melted. I love how realistic it looks with the gold embossed details.

I created my pattern paper using several small foliage stamps. I stamped it onto a honey-colored cardstock with the coordinating ink color. Then, I stamped the sentiment in black ink towards the bottom of the card panel.

I added some interest to the card panel using a border frame die. I adhered it together using foam squares and liquid adhesive.

To finish the card, I adhered it to a gray-colored cardstock and a top folding card base in white. I added details using a white gel pen throughout the card design.

It’s amazing how a few embossed details can make a big difference to your overall card design. I hope you can dig into your cardmaking stash and add some gold touches to your cards.
