Hi Friends! I hope you are well, and have found some creative time to yourself this week. Thanks so much for joining me again for another Embossing Elegance card. Today I have a fun rainbow birthday card to share.
How much do you think some lucky person will love this card? I began by placing the large rubber stamp in the MISTI, and inked each letter in rainbow colors before stamping. Then I cleaned the stamp, but left it in place. Next I inked it with WOW! Embossing Ink, stamped over the rainbow Wish, and heat embossed Disco Ball Embossing Powder for a lovely clear sparkle to the sentiment.
Then I used a foam dauber to gently add WOW! Embossing Ink through the confetti stencil onto the black cardstock, and heat embossed Silver Sparkle Embossing Powder.
Finally, I stamped the script “make a” sentiment in black pigment ink, and heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. I adhered the black embossed panel over a black card base and white layering panel. Then I added foam tape to the back of the rainbow “WISH” for dimension, glued the script sentiment on it, and added a few sequins.
