WOW! Design Team Open Call – Video Content Creators

We’re looking for talented video content creators to join the WOW! Embossing Powder Design Team.

We have openings in two categories:
• Long-form Tutorials (YouTube) → 1 tutorial video per month, plus a coordinating blog post (photos, project info, supplies list, video embed).
• Short-form Content (Reels/TikTok) → 1 short (30–60s) vertical video per week (or every two weeks if agreed). No blog post required.

What we’re looking for:

Prior experience creating high-quality video content.
Strong visuals: good lighting, clear filming, engaging editing.
For long-form: clear audio and informative voiceover.
High quality projects and photos (non-negotiable).
Willingness to promote your content and actively engage with comments
Excitement to join new releases, create samples, and share WOW! across your platforms.
An established understanding and experience with heat embossing is essential.
During your time with WOW!, you agree not to use or promote embossing products from other brands in your Design Team projects
Open to all art, craft, and creative expressions!

What We Provide

A generous welcome package containing essential supplies such as cardstock, a Dual Speed Heat Gun, embossing powders, Sparkles, Fab Foil, Hot Foil, Fab Foilers, and much more.
Full product releases (usually 4 per year), plus the occasional smaller release in between.
Comprehensive content guides, advice & support to help you create your best work.
Affiliate Programme access offering up to 15% commission on any tracked sales.
Opportunities to join additional collaborations with other well-known and respected craft companies.
Regular promotion of your work across WOW!’s website, blog, newsletter, and global social channels.

• Video content creation experience

Please also attach/provide:
• 3–4 photos showcasing your work, style, and skills
• Links to 2 examples of your video content (this can be on your own channel or content created for a brand)
• A short introduction about yourself – tell us a little about your art, your creative journey, and why you think you’d be a great fit for WOW!
