Welcome to WOW! Embossing Powder!
Happy Wednesday Darlings, it’s Jo here from @havefaithincards back with another WOW! Embossing creation, and I have laid it all out on this card – Fab Foilers, Fab Foils and a brand new embossing powder! This card was super easy to make, so to find out how please see below.
Background and letters: The background was taken from the Fab Foilers Love and Hugs pack, and run through a laminator with the ‘Bright Gold’ Fab Foil. I die cut the word ‘Dream’ from the Fab Foilers Solid Panel pack using Alexandra Renke Narrow Alphabet dies. I ran these letters through the laminator using the following Fab Foil colours; ‘Bright Gold’, ‘Blush’, and ‘Satin Fuchsia’. I adhered the letters onto the background panel, using a mixture of glue and foam tape to create layers.
Images: The images are taken from Crafty Meraki’s ‘Dream Big’ stamp set. Using WOW!’s Superior Smooth White Cardstock and Clear Ultra Slow Drying Embossing Pad, I sprinkled the brand new ‘Super Fine Polished Gold’ embossing powder over and set into place using the Dual Speed Heat Tool. I coloured the images in using Ohuhu Brush Markers, and adhered the images onto the card using foam tape.
And there we have it. This was a relatively quick card to make, and thanks to all the Fab Foils, it still has that WOW! factor 🙂 Make sure to tag WOW! in all your creations so that we can show them some love. Love, Jo x
