Об’ємний декор, ембосинг і пудри від WOW! створили атмосферу ніжності й творчої свободи. Цей холст – про моменти, які хочеться зберегти у серці. Happy life – саме так звучить його настрій.

Inspiration, textures, and a touch of sparkle – all came together in my new mixed media canvas. It’s Lidiia @scrap_in_memory_ here with you today. Dimensional embelishments, embossing, and WOW! powders helped create an atmosphere of softness and creative freedom. This piece is all about capturing those little moments that live in the heart. Happy life – that’s the feeling in carries.

MIX MEDIA CANVAS ”HAPPY LIFE”

А тепер перейдемо до самого цікавого – до створення мого панно. І так для його створення в мене було 3 етапи, тож розпочнімо з першого.

1 етап – готуємо основу панно:

1. Для основи свого панно я беру заготовку МДФ розміром 16*22 см. Для свого панно я обрала колекцію Lady’s diary від P13 і також вирізаю лист розміром 16*22 см і скруглюю йому кути.
2. Наступний крок – це тонування країв листа за допомогою інструмента для тонування і обрала для цього колір Raspberry від NUVO.
3. Далі я готую основу для подальшої роботи з нею і покриваю її прозорим Гессо від Finnabair. Після цього гарно просушую феном для ембосингу.
4. Після цього я роблю відштамповки на основі текстом, при тому використовую все ту саму штемпельну подушку, що тонувала папір.
5. Далі я беру фоновий штамп ‘Colour me – Dahlia’ і роблю відштамповки ним на основі і посипаю їх пудрою для ембосингу Summer Meadow з серії ”Nature’s trio”.
6. Наступний крок я додаю текстурну пасту від Finnabair через трафарет і після того як її просушила я додаю на неї колір raspberry штемпельної подушки. Щоб все виглядало гармонійно і перекликалось між собою. Також я роблю легкий набриск на папері тим же кольором.

2 етап – готуємо елементи для панно:

1. Спочатку я роблю відштамповки на кальці з штампів від тієї ж колекції паперу і посипаю їх пудрами з серії Ultra High Pastel Rosy Glow, Pastel Pearl Mist.
2. Наступний крок я беру вирубку з паперу листочки від Пріми, ажурну рамку і чіпборд, і покриваю їх пудрами Cottage Garden i Summer Meadow.
3. Також у цій роботі я вирішила використати відштамповки листочків на білому кардстоці від WOW! і теж їх посипати пудрою Cottage Garden.
4. Після того, як всі елементи в мене вже готові я підбираю висічки з колекції, підбираю мереживо і починаю складати свою композицію на панно з чередуванням слоїв і звісно ж з використанням всіх елементів для гарної і гармонійної композиції.

3 етап – додаємо фінішні аккорди:

1. Для закінчення роботи я вирішила обрати перлинки для блиску у квітах, також я додала Earth Sparkle у кольорах Blue i Magenta.
2. І ще заключними елементами в мене виступили маленькі сердечка на кальці, які я вирішила помістити у своїй композиції. І щоб поєднати їх з фоном – я також на фоні зробила відштамповки тих самих сердечок.

Ну от і все розповіла і вказала, що саме я використовувала для створення ніжного і водночас багатодетального панно. Сподіваюсь мені вдалось вас надихнути сьогодні і вам обов’язково захочеться створити свій неповторний шедевр за допомогою неймовірних пудр і блискіток. Всім безмежного і творчого натхнення!

English Translation:

Step 1 – Preparing the base for the canvas:

1. For the base of canvas, I take an MDF blank, sized 16*22 cm. Also I chose the “Lady’s diary” collection by P13, and I also cut out a sheet of paper sized 16*22 cm and round the corners.
2. The next step is inking the edges of the sheet using a blending tool. For this, I chose the Raspberry color by NUVO.
3. Next, I prepare the base for further work by covering it with clear Gesso from Finnabair. After that, I dry it well using a heat gun for embossing.
4. After this, I add some stamping to the base using a text stapm, and I use the same ink pad that I used for inking the edges of the paper.
5. Then I take the background stamp ‘Colour me – Dahlia’ and stapm it onto the base, then sprinkle it with Summer Meadow embossing powder from ”Nature’s trio”.
6. The next step is adding texture paste by Finnabair through a stencil. After drying it, I add some Raspberry ink from the stapm pad on top to create a harmonious look and ensure all the elements match. I also add light splatters on the paper using the same color.

Step 2 – Preparing the elements for the panel:

1. First, I stamp images onto vellum using stamps from the same paper collection and sprinkle them with powders from the Ultra High series – Ultra High Pastel Rosy Glow, Pastel Pearl Mist.
2. Next, I take paper die cuts of leaves from prima, a delicate frame, and chipboard piece, and I cover them with Cottage Garden and Summer Meadow.
3. In this project, I also decided to use leaf stamps on white cardstock from WOW! and cover them with Cottage Garden powder as well.
4. Once all the elements are ready, I select die cuts from the collection, pick out lace, and start arranging my composition on the panel, layering the elements and, of course, using all the details to create a beautiful and harmonious design.

Step 3 – Adding the finishing touches:

1. To complete the project, I decided to add some pearls for a touch of sparkle in the flowers. I also sprinkled Earth Sparkle glitters in Blue and Magenta colors.
2. The final elements were small vellum hearts, which I decided to include in my composition. To tie them in with the background, I also stamped the same hearts onto the background.
